      A member of the Brassicaceae Family Hon tsai tai is a species of Chinese flowering cabbage. It's common name is known as "purple choy sum". This plant is also known for it's beauty with the dark purple stems and dainty yellow blooms it's tasty and pretty to look at! This low maintenance plant has everything you need and makes a wonderful addition to any garden.

       

      Use Them

      Adding Hon tsai tai to any meal will only create it's amazing taste and beauty to it! The leaves are very similar to the taste spinach and broccoli flavor the blooms add a hint of mustard. While cooking the stems will keep their wonderful deep purple color and crunch!

      All parts of hon tsai tai are edible and can be eaten both cooked or fresh out the garden!
