We know when shipping live plants we put the plants in the hands of mother nature and shipping provider. As much as we wish we could hand deliver all of our plants, we haven't found a time machine that makes that possible. We understand when shipping live plants that we place their care in the hands of Mother Nature and the shipping provider. At times, this may take them on a journey that involves less than ideal climates and unforeseen surrounding circumstances.
The gardeners in us want to nurse them back to being happy, healthy and thriving again.. YES, in most cases they can definitely bounce back; for the times they don't. we WANT you to contact us as quickly as possible so we can offer assistance!!
We have a wonderful customer service team here ready and happy to help! We want nothing more than for ALL of our customers to have success with their gardening adventures! If that means we need to send a replacement plant or issue a refund, or provide store credit...

Our goal is for all of our plants to leave our greenhouses and arrive at their new homes with the highest quality, health, and readiness for transplanting when they arrive to their new homes. If your plants fail within fourteen (14) days of arrival, please contact us at email@example.com.
