      Herb Growing Tips

Light:  Full sun, a southern exposure.

Temperature:  Perennial hardy in Zones 5 to 9

Watering:  Water when the surface of the soil is visibly dry. These are not drought tolerant plants, so be sure to water more often in the summer months - especially if planted in containers.

Soil:  Well drained soil, but is not picky about soil quality. No need to build up high organic matter with compost or fertilize regularly.
