Water: Water when soil seems dry to the touch. Mountain Mint does not like constantly 'wet feet.'
Soil: Your mint will thrive in well-drained garden loam.
Use: As a culinary herb, Mountain Mint is a great seasoning for meats, sauces, and beverages. As a medicinal herb, mountain mint can be used as a tea to help stomach problems.
