    This Lemon Fresh plant will helps as a deterrent to Deer and Rabbits but if you are looking to add this for your cat, you may want to look at just adding Catnip. Cats usual deter away from this too!

    As an aromatic herb, this catnip has a wonderful lemon fragrance, and works as a great container plant. Lemon Catnip is a great companion plant to any annual, herb or perennial as it is a natural insect repellent. It is known to deter aphids and several types of beetles from your garden, protecting neighboring plants. You can also rub the Lemon Catnip on your skin, releasing the natural oils, to help protect you from mosquitoes and other biting insects. Catnip is a potent natural pest repellent against mosquitoes, ants, cockroaches, termites, fleas and Japanese beetles, as well as mice, rats and weevils. The American Chemical Society found Catnip to be ten times more effective at repelling mosquitoes than the commercial chemical DEET, which is found in most brand name insect sprays.
