Please be advised that we do not accept returns for our products, as they consist of live plants.

 

Refund Policy

 

We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

 

For any concerns regarding your product, we encourage you to reach out to our office. Upon notification of a claim related to a plant, we will determine whether to issue a replacement or a refund based on the circumstances.

 

Refunds will be processed within five business days following the cancellation of an order or within five days of the receipt of any returned items.
