Rosemary can be used as a natural face toner, boosting your mind and complexion! Make sure to use whole oats in this recipe:
Rosemary Oatmeal Mask
1/2 Cup Distilled water
1 TLB Fresh Rosemary leaves
2 TLB Whole Grain Oatmeal
Mix all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Put in a heat resistant container, and heat gently until just boiling. Take off heat, and allow to cool and thicken (if too thick, simply add a bit of water). Spread mixture on clean skin and allow to sit for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water, and pat dry.
