Light:  Full Sun.

Temperature:  Herbaceous perennial hardy in Zones 5-9. Grows Best during the cooler months.

Watering:  Water regularly, but do not overwater.

Soil: Moist soil but needs to be well drained soil.

Comments:  Low to the grow but sends broad leaves from the center. The flowering stalk can grow up to 2 feet and have yellow flowers...if the plant gets to this point the leaves can be a little more spicier to eat!

Upland Cress is a great Fall growing plant...it actually prefers it! This is a wonderful plant can be eaten at any stage of life: from the beginning as a sprout, to salad leaves and even towards then end as a mature green! This beauty leaves will be a dark green that contain high vitamin C and phytonutrients.
